My Soon to be New Addiction

After talking with my friend and seeing some articles on Aspartame that say it can be a weight loss inhibitor, so I've decided to do away with my Diet Mountain Dew addiction. I don't feel like I can go without caffeine so I've decided to give coffee a try. I ordered a coffeemaker that I thought looked cool on walmart.com.
On a side note it seems ironic that the day after I ordered my coffeemaker Good Morning America had a news story on how "an article in The New York Times said Aspartame, the most popular sugar replacement in America, might cause cancer in rats." Is it a sign that I'm making the right choice? Hmmm... maybe.
Anyway, my plan is to make coffee in the morning and put the coffee in a thermos and then take it to work in a backpack. I'll drink coffee in the morning while it's still hot and then finish out the day by drinking water. I don't have that much of a sweet tooth so I won't have to use a sweetener but I'm thinking I might need to use some sort of a low fat creamer.
So here is the question for all you coffee addicts out there... What are some good coffee brands, flavors and creamers to try?

I'd recomend Peet's Coffe hand's down. You'll be hard-pressed to find a nicer brew.
If you get too wired from drinking coffe all day, then a healthier alternative after the morning jitter-juice is green tea. For that Adagio is the way to go. I was turned on to them with their starter set a few months back and have been very pleased with the quality of their tea.
