I'm not dead

Just in case you hadn't noticed I haven't posted that many articles lately. I know everyone makes the tired old excuse that they are busy when they haven't posted in a while but when I say I'm busy I'm not just using a tired old cliche, I really have been busy. As you can see by the screenshot I can't even keep up with my blog reading let alone posting.
My wife and I had our first baby in April and then I went to work full-time for the College of Architecture, Planning & Design at K-State University in May. Before I went to work full-time I was already working part time for them and had been doing a lot of freelance work through my business Epicserve. I had two large projects that I just couldn't drop when I went full-time at the college. So I've been working nights and weekends ever since in order to try and get my other projects done, which hasn't been totally easy on me or my wife. I even took a week of vacation from my full-time job to work on one of my freelance projects.
The good news is that I'm starting to see a little light at the end of the tunnel and because I'm getting close to finishing both projects. I'm not sharing this for sympathy but just to let everyone know what I've been up to and give everyone else a chance to share who might be in a similar boat as me.
